Larco Museum

Given the emergency situation in Peru, museums have been taking measures to fill their galleries, mainly through their virtual platforms. Museo Larco (Larco Museum)

This is one of the most complete cultural centers in Lima. This museum was the first in Latin America to electronically catalog its collection and make it accessible to the national and international community, gathering around 45,000 pieces. Museo Nacional Chavín (Chavin National Museum)

Located in Ancash, in this museum, you can visit its 14 rooms, where you will find a set of objects that reveal the high degree of development achieved by the Chavín culture. The most outstanding pieces of the collection are the Obelisco Tello, a prismatic sculpture that exceeds two meters in height, and the Cabezas Clavas that were on the walls of the Chavín de Huántar temple centuries ago. Find out more.

Museo de Sitio Chan Chan (Chan Chan Site Museum)
